I met a child psychologist in 2021 to consult him I met a child psychologist in 2021 to consult him about my son. He told me to give him routines to thrive in his day-to-day life—but to remember to break those routines every now and then to help him learn. It would be uncomfortable for him, and for us as parents too. But it would shape him. This has been the best advice that has stayed with me #autismparent #autismawarenes #autismjourney
